The Clubhouse on the shore of North Lake is the community event center. It hosts offices for our staff, space for members' meetings, and community-wide events. It's a place to meet your neighbors and enjoy the lakeside atmosphere.

The Clubhouse, or Lakewood Community Center, is the perfect setting for parties, reunions, picnics, and all manner of functions. The center includes a spacious indoor meeting area, kitchen, covered patio with picnic tables, and plenty of room for kids of all ages to romp and play on the shores of North Lake.

​The Lakewood Homeowners Association clubhouse is available to Lakewood residents (Members) and Non-Members on a first-come-first-serve basis. Before submitting a reservation request, please call us to make sure your dates are available. Print the appropriate application and bring it to the business office with your deposit. (Members are required to be current on their HOA dues).

 

Clubhouse Only Rental:

Members: $250/ day + $150 cleaning fee. 

Non-members: $400/ day + $250 deposit. 

All fees are due at the time of booking. Cleaning fees are refundable when the space is left as it was found.

Due to insurance and liability issues, the pool is not available for private rental. Enjoy the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day during open hours. Please review the Pool Rules before heading out to enjoy a swim.
